Problems students are facing
About two- thirds of high school students enroll in college, but only half of them go on to earn a college degree, impacting their economic mobility & career growth opportunities. Research has proven that youth and millennials from underserved communities are less likely to hold higher-level degrees. And in the Latinx communities, at all levels of postsecondary education, Latinx were underrepresented despite the growth in population in the US and growth in college enrollment.LEARN MORE

“I found out I got rejected for a master’s program. As a first-gen, I was feeling very low and discouraged. I then connected with Paty who shared her personal difficulties in higher education. She was extremely relatable, and Paty guided and encouraged me to continue pursuing higher education. It meant a lot to me, to be SEEN and HEARD. My confidence increased after I spoke to Paty. I then reapplied to my master’s program and got accepted for the Fall 2021 term. I am so thankful for the support and guidance Paty gave me when I was at my lowest. She fostered confidence within me and encouraged me to learn from the experience and to keep trying.”
“Paty is someone who truly believes in people’s abilities and genuinely wants to see people succeed. I had no idea what career path I wanted to embark on. Once Paty provided her career coaching insight, she sparked an interest in social work inside of me I never knew existed. I am completely satisfied with my choice of career and just completed my Master’s program that aligned with my passion and values!”
